Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead .NET Developer for a contract-to-hire engagement. This remote role focuses on driving modernization by building backend services and REST APIs in .NET/C# and guiding architecture decisions across enterprise integrations.

You will translate legacy mainframe logic, design event-driven services with Kafka, and mentor teams while partnering with engineering to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

We’re looking for a Lead .NET Developer to help drive a large-scale modernization initiative replacing legacy mainframe applications with modern .NET services and APIs.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who can lead backend development, influence solution design, and help guide the transition of critical enterprise applications to modern, event‑driven architectures.

Rate: $70.00 to $78.00/hr. w2
