Job summary

• Lead developer with 9+ years designing, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, tuning, maintenance and security of systems.
• Extensive use of Visual Studio to build multi‑tier web apps with C#, ASP.NET/MVC and .NET Core following modern OO principles.
• Proficient in HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS for web interfaces.
• Oracle 11g+ with PL/SQL, stored procedures, optimization and data modeling.
• Crystal Reports 10+ for creating and invoking reports from .NET apps.
• Technical documentation creation and interpretation of business requirements to code logic.
• Experience with TFS/Azure DevOps/GitLab for source control.
• WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance; HIPAA PHI data handling.

Requested Qualifications

• 108 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• 108 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards.
• 96 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
• 96 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, functions and cursors, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc. and Oracle SQL query optimization.
• 96 Months Experience developing HTML reports and/or developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET applications.
