Job summary
Pinewood.AI is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to play a key role in growing our software development capabilities in the United States. Based in Fort Lauderdale, this hybrid role leads a team, guides technical decisions, and stays hands-on with code as we advance the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform for automotive retailers and OEMs worldwide.
As a senior member of the engineering organization, you will mentor engineers, shape architectural decisions, and promote engineering
Qualifications
- Senior engineering leadership with hands-on coding in a SaaS environment.
- Experience shaping architecture, CI/CD, and secure scalable systems.
- Strong mentoring, cross-team collaboration, and delivery focus.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in software engineering required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a team of developers and engineers on projects.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams across the U.S. and globally.
- Remain hands-on with coding, design, and architecture decisions.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices and standards.
- Ensure scalable, secure, reliable SaaS solutions meeting enterprise needs.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and overall engineering culture.
