Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years software engineering with APIs, integrations, and data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to a team of developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams across the U.S. and beyond.
• Stay hands-on with coding, design, and architecture for .NET stack.
• Mentor engineers to grow technical capabilities and careers.
• Ensure scalable, secure, reliable enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Shape processes, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and long-term design.
• Promote collaboration across distributed teams.
