HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to steer design and development of robust software solutions. You will drive innovation, ensure client requirements are met, and promote modernization across teams.

The role emphasizes guidance, architecture oversight, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes in a banking/financial services context.

Qualifications

• Lead experience with expert knowledge in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, GitHub.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development practices within SDLC, leveraging GitHub Copilot.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation & Container technologies (Docker).
• Strong Experience with SQL Server for Database Management and Optimization.
• Proficiency In Software Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Familiarity With Agile Methodologies and Project Management Practices.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Service Domain.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop robust .NET applications through the team, aligned with specs and timelines.
• Promote and govern adoption of GitHub Copilot across development teams.
• Serve as SME in .NET technologies, guiding team members and stakeholders.
• Research emerging technologies and implement enhancements meeting quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members in .NET development practices.
• Analyze client specs and deliver tailored solutions leveraging .NET and SQL Server.
• Review project deliverables against quality benchmarks and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for client value through innovative .NET solutions.
