• Experience with Level III NICU care and perinatal team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative care in Level III NICU and newborn nursery.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and participate in perinatal team care.
• Mentor nursing and respiratory therapy teams as NICU volume grows.
• Help shape clinical protocols and growth strategies for a developing NICU.
