Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Research RN to lead and coordinate randomized controlled trials in the NICU setting. The role includes patient enrollment, data collection, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and research staff across affiliated centers in Austin.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a neonatal RN.
• Prior involvement in neonatal/maternal research studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead local conduct of randomized controlled trial of the Prapela mattress.
• Interface with the local IRB.
• Screen and enroll patients in research studies.
• Maintain subject records in research databases.
• Collate data and produce reports on recruitment in clinical research studies.
• Prepare research data for presentation and publication.
