Job summary

Pennoni is seeking a Project Bridge Engineer to lead topside inspection teams and NBIS inspections in our Lehigh Valley office. This role focuses on ensuring safety, performing detailed assessments, and delivering high-quality inspection reports with CADD sketches and soundings.

Ideal candidates bring PE licensure in Pennsylvania, 8+ years NBIS experience (including 2+ years with PennDOT), and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in structural or civil engineering.
• PA PE license and NBIS/PennDOT Team Leader eligibility.
• 8+ years NBIS bridge inspection experience, incl. 2+ years PennDOT.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead topside inspection teams and NBIS inspections in PA/NJ.
• Prepare inspection reports with CADD sketches and findings.
• Ensure safety and compliance with NBIS and OSHA.
• Manage inspection task orders and client communication.
