Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain is preferred.
• Experience inspecting bridges with NBIS and regulatory compliance is expected.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel within PA/NJ/DE.

Responsibilities

• Plan inspections and lead inspection teams for bridge projects.
• Inspect bridges for structural integrity and conformance to codes.
• Provide training to junior inspectors and review inspection reports.
• Prepare load rating calculations and repair recommendations.
• Review construction plans, prepare final inspection reports, and work both in office and field.
• Possibly perform underwater inspection as qualified.
