Job summary

Rollins College's Rollins Museum of Art invites a Museum Giving Officer to directly solicit leadership gifts ($2,500+), manage a rotating portfolio of ~150–200 donors, and coordinate multi-channel outreach to advance museum priorities. The role partners with the Executive Director and Director of Individual Giving to grow annual membership and donor relations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • At least two years’ of experience in one-to-one leadership-level fundraising, direct sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of leadership annual giving prospects with capacity to make $2,500-$10,000 gifts.
  • Qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of ~150-200 donors.
  • Coordinate multi-channel outreach and meetings to hit fundraising metrics.
  • Collaborate with RMA leadership and Institutional Advancement to align donor strategies.
