JVM Realty Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our property’s maintenance team and keep a multifamily community running smoothly. You will supervise staff, oversee apartment turns and routine maintenance, and handle repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, while maintaining safety standards and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of residential/multifamily maintenance experience
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (luxury/Class A experience preferred)
• HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance staff.
• Oversee apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Collaborate with Property Manager on budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning.
