Job summary

Ironcore Construction is seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities from planning through completion on multifamily projects across California. You will coordinate with Project Executives, supers, engineers, and subcontractors to drive budget, schedule, quality, and safety, taking ownership of project outcomes.

The role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and influence field operations.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of Superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Drive the project schedule and proactively identify delays.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Ensure construction conforms to plans, specs, and building codes.
• Conduct daily site inspections focusing on safety, quality, and progress.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and safety briefings.
• Partner with Project Managers to coordinate field and office operations.
• Develop and mentor Assistant Superintendents and other field team members.
