You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety, and ensure quality per plans, specs, and contracts.

The role requires strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and field staff, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Multifamily Construction Superintendent experience or a related degree with 5+ years Multifamily Superintendent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of multifamily construction methods, processes, scheduling, and field operations.
• Experience developing and managing construction schedules while holding subcontractors accountable for production timelines and contractual obligations.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and construction management tools.
