Job summary

EVS, Inc. in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Multidisciplinary Project Manager to drive complex engineering and consulting initiatives from kickoff to close. You will coordinate multiple disciplines, manage budgets and schedules, and nurture client relationships to deliver high-quality results.

The role demands strong leadership, mentorship of junior managers, and hands-on process improvement across the full project lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Strong leadership to influence teams and build client trust.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior PMs or technical staff.
• Proficiency with PM software (MS Project, Procore, Unifier, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from kickoff to close and ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor junior PMs and promote best practices in project execution and client management.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely deliverables.
