Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Pass ISHIHARA color/vision test.
• Must pass drug & background screen.
• Previous printing press experience preferred; Heidelberg experience a plus.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Enter job completion details into our OMS visual system.
• Plan several jobs ahead to ensure materials are ready.
• Examine job orders for quantities, stock specs, color or special printing instructions.
• Fill out documentation related to job requirements (load tags, orders, data analysis, coating documentation).
• Monitor feeding and printing operations to maintain specified operating level and detect malfunctions.
• Relay responsibilities to feeder operator and communicate daily tasks.
• Grease and lubricate press per manufacturing specs and maintenance program.
• Manage color quality and procedures on the printing press.
• Prepare press for next shift to ensure a running operation.
