Job summary

Spo-cha Party Planning & Support is seeking a competent operations leader to supervise multiple stores, support training, and ensure execution of company policies. The role requires frequent travel, weekend availability, and the ability to coordinate with the Operations team to maintain standards and safety compliance.

The position emphasizes driving revenue, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across stores, with hybrid work 2–3 days remote and on-site responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Oversee multiple stores and frequent travel; manage time effectively.
• Lead by example to motivate staff and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and manage budgets for assigned stores with data-driven reasoning.
• Make critical, prompt decisions to benefit the company.
• Coach operational knowledge and skills across teams.
• Plan, set goals, and manage resources efficiently.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute action plans and strategies based on company policies, sales, and cost targets.
• Support joint projects with other departments as needed.
• Review product and service quality; negotiate with vendors and research new suppliers.
• Conduct competitor research and sales analysis when required.
• Create and manage data; perform administrative duties.
• Maintain materials, schedules and communications across platforms.
• Manage store cash assets, fixed assets and inventories; place orders as needed.
• Prepare and submit sales, cost and operational reports on time.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and sanitation standards.
• Provide day-to-day support and training to store managers to hit sales goals.
• Work with Operations to ensure stores meet company standards.
• Create/update manuals and guidelines; ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist new store openings and training.
• Establish and maintain standards for store ops, products, and services; seek improvements.
• Respond to injuries, implement preventive measures, and prevent recurrence.
• Weekend work required for support staff at 50% rate; travel up to one month.
