Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects for diverse clients in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate owners, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with high quality and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in construction-related fields and 4+ years of project management experience, or 10 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office, Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field, or 10 years related experience and/or training.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office; experience with Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support project objectives.
• Lead weekly project meetings and document progress.
• Monitor schedule compliance and inspect on-site construction progress.
• Ensure contractor and vendor work complies with contract terms and specs.
• Review monthly pay applications for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate cost and schedule impacts to leadership and clients.
• Ensure close-out documentation and retainage release are completed.
