Job summary

IES is seeking a Multi-Family Electrical Supervisor to support operational excellence at our Tuscaloosa, AL sites. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and on-time project execution.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and 4–6 years of related supervisory experience. Travel to job sites and on-site work are expected; visa sponsorship is not offered. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related field supervisor experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in support of departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
