Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews to support project schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Review plans and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Monitor jobsite progress, materials, equipment, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with project leadership, customers, and subcontractors.
• Provide direction and training to field personnel as needed.
• Maintain records and reports related to field activities and progress.
