You will lead a team of mechanics, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, and ensure continuous operation aligned with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a multi-craft maintenance role within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship).
• Prefer Associate’s degree or technical certification; 10 years in similar role; CMMS Maximo experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety-first maintenance activities across manufacturing and facilities.
• Ensure GMP-compliant work, timely completion, and proper documentation.
• Lead a team of mechanics and technicians for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment history, and spares.
• Provide training and guidance to improve technical skills and process knowledge.
