Job summary

Ventura Foods is hiring for an EAM MRO Inventory Tech, Lead in Albert Lea, MN. This onsite, hourly role streams parts through the EAM/JDE system, coordinates maintenance staff tasks, and supports PM/CM/EM work orders.

You will manage parts, vendor pricing, and inventory accuracy to sustain production. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (associates preferred), 3+ years in a parts/inventory setting, and experience with computerized systems such as JDE EAM or AS/400.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience. Associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a maintenance shop or parts inventory environment.
• 1+ years with computerized inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Process MRO parts in/out of bins and kitting area using the EAM system.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and contractors.
• Lead maintenance crew in identifying and processing needed parts.
• Maintain PM/CM/EM work orders and schedules.
• Ensure accurate receiving, bin allocation, and part disposition.
