• Working in a leadership position in the MRI department.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of MRI procedures performed.
• Assist in equipment evaluations and ensure staff compliance with health and education requirements.
• Orient new employees to the department.
• Handle payroll and timekeeping responsibilities.
• Create staff work assignments and schedules.
• Participate in annual performance evaluations and related documentation.
• Contribute to budget planning and departmental processes.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Act as patient liaison for MRI services.
