• Responsible for quality and quantity of MRI procedures performed.

• Orient new employees to the department.
• Handle payroll and timekeeping responsibilities.
• Create staff work assignments and schedules.
• Participate in annual performance evaluations and related documentation.
• Contribute to budget planning and departmental processes.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Act as patient liaison for MRI services.

This is a Full-Time position. At Baptist, our lead MRI Technologist is a working leadership position who will be responsible for both quality and quantity of MRI procedures being performed. Staff training & development as well as evaluations on both personnel and equipment are expected.
