Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an MRI Technologist III to lead the MRI team in Hollywood, FL. The role requires advanced MRI expertise, supervisory tenure, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Four years MRI experience plus one year at Memorial Healthcare System.
ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT MR certification and active BLS certifications.
Florida CRT license and related imaging credentials per state requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepare and administer contrast media within scope of practice.
Monitor patient condition continuously and respond to changes as appropriate.
Position patient and perform imaging procedures; adjust acquisition parameters as needed.
Maintain MRI safety per American College of Radiology and hospital policy.
Educate patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure understanding.
Handle equipment prep, safety standards, quality control and troubleshooting.
Take on-call shift responsibilities as required.
