Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license.
• Demonstrated leadership ability; mentoring, training, and supporting peers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leader – leads each shift through briefings, daily assignments, and next-day operational prep; ensures completion of vehicle check out inspections, radio communications across departments in operations.
• Administrative Support – Proficient in Microsoft Office; builds schedules, supports training and basic reporting; supports data-driven metrics and record-keeping.
• Team Support – Checks in with operators daily, performs safety audits, escalates coaching and performance management needs, and reinforces service standards.
• Operational Oversight – supports team in service of guest arrival experience at Keystone, audits uniform standards, escalates bottlenecks in operational flow
• Facility & Fleet Support – manages ordering requests; oversees cleanliness and organization of common areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
