Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience with model-based control development using MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, model, simulate, and implement advanced control algorithms.
• Develop, analyze, maintain and document control system architecture.
• Use MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow for modeling and validation.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Firmware teams to optimize algorithms.
• Mentor the engineering team in best practices and problem solving.
• Validate control solutions using lab equipment and testing workflows.
