Sunny Hollow Montessori in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is seeking a Lead Guide to establish and lead a Toddler Community by September 2026. The Lead Guide will develop an authentic Montessori environment, lead instructional practices, and collaborate with families, staff, and support professionals to support each child's development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required.
• AMI or AMS teaching diploma/credential required or currently enrolled in a recognized program.
• 1–3 years of Montessori teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a high-quality Montessori environment for toddlers.
• Deliver presentations aligned with Montessori curriculum.
• Develop individualized curriculum plans and maintain student records.
• Ensure student safety and manage the classroom environment.
• Engage families via newsletters and communications; support admissions and events.
• Coordinate with support professionals and attend relevant meetings.
• Supervise and support an Assistant Guide; participate in evaluations.
• Manage classroom budget and plan trips.
