Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute molecular assays to generate and characterize novel nucleic acids for multiple Cell Therapy programs.
• Perform sequence analysis and quality control of generated constructs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize cloning workflows.
• Maintain accurate, detailed laboratory records.
• Assist with cell culture, in vitro assays, and flow cytometry as needed.

We are seeking a highlymotivated and detail-oriented Molecular Biologist to join our Cell TherapyTechnologies team. This role is central to our molecular cloning core,responsible for designing and executing cloning strategies to support multiplepipeline programs. As a core operator within our research pipeline, you willwork closely with cross-functional teams to advance our cell therapy programsfrom discovery to functional validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independentlydesign and execute molecular assays to generate and characterize novelnucleic acids for use across multiple Cell Therapy programs.
• Performsequence analysis and quality control of generated constructs.
• Independentlyor with the team, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve problems andoptimize cloning workflows.
