Job summary

Kruger Family Industries, the parent company of Penda Corporation and TriEnda Holdings, seeks a Mold & Fixture Supervisor to oversee setup, repair, and rework of molds, fixtures, and related tools in thermoforming production. You will read blueprints, program CNC machines, and train team members.

Qualifications include a 1-year certificate or 2–3 years of experience, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with measuring devices and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-year certificate or 2–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
• Experience with machining equipment and tools.
• Forklift operation and ERP system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate air and electric powered hand tools to make changes/repairs to patterns, molds, fixtures, and tools.
• Set up, maintain and operate equipment used for changes/repairs; include saws, drills, milling machines, CNC, grinders.
• Design, construct and repair molds, fixtures and pattern plugs.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and instructions.
• Program CNC machines and create tool paths in CAD/CAM software.
• Train Mold & Fixture staff on machining tasks.
• Plan and perform machining and fabrication on various metals.
• Maintain and organize the work area and equipment.
• Inspect and analyze quality of machined items.
