Job summary

Kruger Family Industries, parent company of Penda Corporation and TriEnda Holdings, seeks a maintenance supervisor to lead a team responsible for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and tooling in a heavy gauge thermoformed plastics environment.

You will interpret blueprints, coordinate preventative maintenance, manage parts inventory, and ensure safety and quality while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4+ years related experience with three to five years of supervisory related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance staff in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and guides repair of machinery and equipment.
• Oversees preventative maintenance program and maintains calibration of maintenance equipment.
• Keeps spare parts inventory and requisitions as needed.
• Prepares job costing reports on maintenance capital projects and monitors monthly budgets.
• Coordinates and communicates with other departments to meet production schedules.
• Maintains time and production records and motivates workers to achieve goals.
