Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNC/mold certifications preferred.
• 3+ years in CNC machining, pattern/mold making, or precision tool fabrication.
• Experience reading 3D files, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Proven ability to setup/run CNC mills or routers and bench-work skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pattern build from start to finish, manage schedules and inspection.
• Machine master patterns, plugs, and molds from wood, Ren Shape, tooling boards.
• Program and edit CNC code; verify tooling and tolerances.
• Inspect parts with calipers/micrometers; ensure tight tolerances (±0.005).
• Collaborate with Engineering on design changes and process improvements.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance on the shop floor.
