Job summary

Miller Industries, LLC in Fenton, Michigan is seeking a 3rd Shift Modular Construction Supervisor - Manufacturing to lead a team building modular mechanical equipment rooms and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.

You will read blueprints, guide performance, coach team members, and maintain documentation while meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced, on-site environment. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings, blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of modular‑electrical systems, construction methods, or HVAC/mechanical systems preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site full time on 1st shift (Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities

• Lead a workforce in the assembly and construction of modular mechanical equipment rooms.
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor performance, coach team members, and provide hands‑on guidance to support growth and development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and employee performance.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
