Job summary

Miller Industries, LLC in Fenton, Michigan is seeking a 3rd Shift Modular Construction Supervisor - Manufacturing to lead a team building modular mechanical equipment rooms and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings, blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of modular‑electrical systems, construction methods, or HVAC/mechanical systems preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site full time on 1st shift (Monday - Friday).

Who We Want

We are currently seeking a highly motivated 3rd Shift Modular Construction Supervisor - Manufacturing to become an integral part of our team in Fenton, Michigan. 1st Shift hours are 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with some overtime as needed for production.
