We are seeking a skilled Mobile Software Developer to join our team on an equity-only basis. This part-time position (4-20 hours per month) is ideal for someone experienced in mobile app development who wants to contribute to an innovative product in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role will involve optimizing performance, integrating back-end services, and enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance features for our mobile applications.
• Maintain and optimize existing solutions for better performance and user experience.
• Integrate back-end services using RESTful APIs.
• Test and debug to ensure app stability and responsiveness.
• Participate in two evening meetings weekly to discuss progress and blockers.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or native development (Swift, Kotlin/Java).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration.
• Problem-solving skills and effective remote collaboration.
