Job summary

Wave Mobile Money is seeking an experienced mobile designer to expand features on Android and iOS apps. You will help make financial services more accessible and inclusive by collaborating with product managers, researchers and engineers to craft thoughtful designs and prototypes.

Qualifications

6+ years of end-to-end in-house product design for mobile apps.
Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
Excellent visual and interaction design with high craft quality.
Ability to deliver fast, polished designs and iterate from feedback.
Experience prototyping with LLM-assisted tools for Android/iOS.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with PMs, researchers, engineers and data analysts from start to finish of a feature.
Create high quality designs, interactions and prototypes (Figma) to explore ideas.
Develop and validate solutions with user research plans and testing.
Contribute to Wave’s design system and component library.
Communicate design decisions clearly in reviews and with the team.
Prototype visual concepts and iterate toward optimal UX solutions.
