Vitalant in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist to lead donor care and phlebotomy operations across mobile drives and centers. You will coach staff, coordinate equipment, and ensure donor comfort during the process, while serving as the primary on-site contact for blood drive coordinators.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, the ability to complete and pass a CDL license program, and- ideally- two years of phlebotomy experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to complete and pass CDL license program.
• Two years phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Function as an operational lead, supporting staff with interviewing and phlebotomy processes, and providing coaching when needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators on-site.
• Coordinate the set up and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives.
• Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during phlebotomy process.
• Assist the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians, providing input for employee performance evaluations.
