St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Supervisor Medical Equipment Cleaning to join the Edgewood Clinical Engineering Team. Shift/Hours: Full Time 40 Hours, First Shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare Technology Management, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Two years of healthcare operations, equipment management, clinical engineering support, or related experience.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of infection prevention standards and inventory/tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the mobile medical equipment program including cleaning, testing, transportation, staging, inventory control, and equipment availability across all facilities.
• Supervise Medical Equipment Cleaning Technicians, including scheduling, performance management, staffing plans, coaching, training and evaluations.
• Develop and monitor cleaning, disinfection, transportation, and documentation procedures to ensure compliance with Infection Prevention and Joint Commission standards.
• Manage equipment fleet utilization, inventory accuracy, location tracking, and distribution workflows to maximize availability and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Clinical Engineering, Infection Prevention, EVS, Supply Chain and Operational Leaders to resolve issues.
• Manage transportation assets, service vehicles, storage locations, and supply inventories.
• Analyze program metrics such as turnaround times, utilization, labor productivity, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and contract compliance.
