Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to train new employees and retrain after audits.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential duties as Equipment Technician with a safety focus.
• Develop staff schedules and coordinate technicians' activities.
• Communicate with runners, stakeholders, and hospital staff.
• Read par sheets and monitor inventory levels to maintain stock.
• Disinfect medical equipment using approved disinfectants and PPE.
• Train new employees on work instructions and post-audit retraining.
• Maintain clean work area and follow infection control processes.
