Brim Financial is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to build Brim's new cross‑platform iOS/Android app from the ground up. You will own the architecture, implementation, testing, and release, partnering with Product, Design, and platform engineering.

You will be the first mobile engineer, defining the tech stack, CI/CD, and coding standards, while ensuring secure, scalable experiences for a financial services context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping mobile applications, including cross‑platform work.
• Strong proficiency in React Native with native iOS/Android knowledge for platform features.
• Experience launching apps to the App Store and/or Google Play and managing releases.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, state management, and local data storage.

Responsabilités

• Design and build Brim's new mobile app from scratch, owning architecture, implementation, testing, and release.
• Set up the app's tech stack, project structure, CI/CD, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Integrate with Brim's APIs and backend services, coordinating with platform engineers as needed.
• Prioritize security, privacy, and reliability for financial services context.
• Manage App Store and Google Play submissions and releases.
• Monitor performance post-launch, fix bugs, and ship improvements based on feedback.
• Document the codebase and decisions for future handoffs and scaling.
