Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to run the clinical side of a mobile team delivering care directly to patients in assisted living facilities and homes across the San Mateo area.

The role offers a $500 sign-on bonus, a pay rate of $35.00–$40.00 per hour (Mon–Fri, daytime hours), and incentives with equity. You will mentor teammates, manage radiographs, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience.
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, age 25+.
• Comfort working in patients' homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures.
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization.
• Educate patients and their families on care and next steps.
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule.
