You will shape multi‑year roadmaps, drive architectural choices, and ensure scalable, secure, observable pipelines for classical ML, GenAI, and agentic workloads.

You will regularly contribute production‑quality code, collaborate across Data, AI, Governance, and Engineering, and advocate best practices while aligning with risk and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative STEM field is required.
• Extensive experience in AWS and ML platform engineering.
• Proven track record as top technical individual contributor on ML platforms.
• Hands-on coding alongside teams; strong governance and security practice.
• Experience with ML lifecycle, deployment, and observability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own multi‑year technical strategy for the AWS‑based MLOps platform and hands‑on implementation.
• Lead horizon scanning and validation of MLOps ecosystems and vendors.
• Design and refine enterprise CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and rollback for ML/GenAI.
• Define enterprise MLOps standards, architectures, and golden paths.
• Serve as senior hands‑on leader, guiding cross‑functional teams and influencing outcomes.
• Partner with AI Governance, Risk and Compliance to embed controls in pipelines.
