Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of ML engineering and applied deep learning with shipped products or publications
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Proficient in Python and C/C++
• Strong analytical and debugging skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end evaluation systems and benchmarks for Waymo Foundation models from pretraining to reinforcement learning
• Collaborate across teams to productionize disruptive AI technologies
• Implement and extend large-scale data and evaluation pipelines
• Work with a creative team building state-of-the-art foundation models used in vehicles and simulations
