Job summary

Indeed is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer III to lead the Utility team in Marketplace Efficiency. You will own reward design, contextual bandits, and MAB tuning, defining priorities and guardrails for exploration and revenue.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product to improve search ranking, run high-quality A/B tests, and translate results for technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong ML background.
• Experience deploying ML to large-scale production systems.
• Experience with deep learning libraries and production ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML engineering efforts on the Utility and MAB workstream.
• Design reward structures and contextual bandit tuning strategies.
• Run A/B experiments and scale improvements to production.
