Job summary

MGM Resorts International, Las Vegas, NV, invites you to join ARIA Resort & Casino as a Chef Mixologist. You will lead and elevate the bar and mixology program, creating innovative beverage experiences that reflect luxury and sophistication.

You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through creativity, precision, and service. All duties align with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

21+ years of age
2+ years of relevant experience in high-volume settings
Bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary institute or equivalent experience
Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement is preferred
Experience working in a luxury bar/restaurant environment is preferred

Responsibilities

Execute policies, procedures, pricing, training, and bar menus for the staff.
Develop and promote new bar menu items and concepts to stay current with trends.
Oversee HR responsibilities including coaching, hiring, and maintaining a diverse, engaged team.
Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address feedback or complaints.
Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage products, menus, and equipment.
