The ideal candidate is 21+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and eager to develop advanced mixology skills under senior mentorship. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide warm, attentive guest service in a high-energy environment.
• Foundational knowledge of spirits, cocktail construction, and bar tools/techniques.
• 1–2 years of beverage service experience in high-volume venues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mixologists with beverage service, drink preparation, batching, and bar station setup/breakdown.
• Learn and execute classic and signature cocktail recipes.
• Progress toward full Mixologist proficiency through hands-on training and skill assessments.
• Provide attentive, upscale guest service at the bar to support service flow.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen in compliance with SNHD standards.
• Set up and maintain the bar for full operation, meeting luxury standards.
• Maintain inventory counts and restock as needed.
• Represent AREA15 by providing accurate information about venues, menus, and pricing.
