Qualifications

IICRC WRT certification (preferred).

Lead and perform water, fire, mold, and environmental mitigation services.
Assess damages and determine scope of work.
Set up and maintain mitigation equipment.
Guide and train technicians in mitigation techniques.
Complete job documentation, including moisture readings and photos.
