Job summary

Sid Grinker Restoration Inc is seeking a skilled Lead Mitigation Technician to lead teams and perform water, content, mold remediation, and other restoration tasks in residential and commercial properties.

You will work with project managers and other technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards, while delivering excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.

Qualifications

• Leads teams of mitigation technicians from site visit to project completion.
• Ensures safety of crew on all job sites.
• Responds to on-site emergencies for water damage to minimize further damage.
• Operates mitigation equipment and uses containment systems.
• Demonstrates mold remediation and contents cleaning knowledge.
• Maintains inventory and transports equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation teams and coordinate tasks on job sites.
• Install containment and barriers and monitor moisture levels.
• Operate air scrubbers and dehumidifiers; perform dry-checks.
• Perform mold remediation and content cleaning as required.
• Communicate with project managers and estimators, and ensure customer satisfaction.
