911 Restoration Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team in Springdale, AR. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll not only guide a team of Mitigation Technicians but also actively participate in emergency response efforts for water, fire, and mold damage. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all mitigation projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mitigation teams from project initiation through completion.
• Perform emergency response services for water, fire, and mold damage.
• Conduct thorough damage assessments and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Execute water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and demolition work.
• Operate and maintain drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Perform mold remediation and fire damage restoration tasks.
• Accurately document all work performed, including moisture readings and photographic evidence.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, adjusters, and team members.
• Ensure job sites comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation/restoration.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with drying equipment and mitigation tools.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
