Job summary

WR Systems (Norfolk, VA) seeks a Lead Mission Systems Operator to set up and operate C2 stations and interfacing networks for USVs. You will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain mission systems in a tactical environment.

Ideal candidates have a engineering/technical degree and 7+ years’ experience with software-driven or unmanned platforms, plus strong problem-solving and radio/communications integration skills. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years' experience with software-driven or unmanned systems.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting tactical communications networks.
• Experience integrating and operating C2 systems and radios.
• Strong troubleshooting in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and operate C2 stations and supporting networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity for mission systems.
• Integrate communications systems, including LOS and BLOS radios.
• Diagnose and resolve issues affecting C2 networks and interfaces.
• Support operation and maintenance of mission systems in tactical environments.
