Job summary

R.H. White is seeking a qualified Millwright Supervisor to coordinate and oversee a crew on industrial piping projects. You will install, maintain and repair piping systems, read blueprints, and manage installation sequences to meet schedules.

You must have 5–7 years in mechanical construction, journeyman experience, and pipefitter/millwright licenses. Strong leadership and safety compliance are essential for success at our 100-year company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with master craft designation training.
• 5–7 years in mechanical construction trades with journeyman experience.
• Pipefitter and millwright licenses; capable of leading crews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of millwrights and laborers on the crew.
• Cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipe; weld, solder, braze, fuse or cement as needed.
• Plan installation sequences to meet construction schedules and optimize resources.
• Inspect work in progress and completed work for conformance to specs.
• Maintain accurate time and material records and client paperwork.
